We invest primarily in stable, cashflow-producing assets, with a smaller sleeve reserved for higher-risk, longer-dated opportunities where we have strong thesis conviction. Our process starts with people. Most of what we pursue comes through trusted relationships. From there, we go deep. We begin with assessing opportunities from first principles, then strive to quickly build knowledge of businesses as thorough as that of the operators who run them. When we have conviction, we concentrate — and we double down when investments prove out. Once invested, we are long-term partners — comfortable with illiquidity, committed through downturns, and oriented toward compounding over decades rather than quarters.
